This web page contains instructions on how to manage the Member Account and access secured information on the ALC web site such as team rosters.

Add or Change an Email Address

Select Edit My Account from the left side of the page
Enter your email address and Member Pass Code.
The Family Member page opens.
Select the target account.
The Participant Information screen opens
Locate the Email Address box and complete one of the following:
Add an address by placing a comma between the addresses.
Delete an address by selecting the text and hitting Delete on the keyboard.
Note:
Changes such as email address additions have to be made to each account. The changes do not automatically carry over across accounts.
 

Change Contact Information

Select Edit My Account from the left side of the page
Enter your email address and Member Pass Code.
The Family Member page opens.
Select the target account.
The Participant Information screen opens
Locate the box that contains the target information and make changes as needed.
Note:
Changes have to be made to each account. The changes do not automatically carry over across accounts.
 

Retrieve Member Pass Code

Select “Edit My Account” from the left side of the page
Enter your email address and your Member Pass Code will be sent to you. You need to use the email address associated with the player’s account. This may be your spouse’s email address.
Problems:
If the Restricted Area box returns blank then the entered email address is not valid for the Member Account. Try the email addresses of other family members including work email addresses prior to contacting ALC.
 

Confirm registration for an ALC season, event or team

These directions only apply to seasons, events and teams registered for through the ALC web site registration program.
Confirm Current Registration:
Select Edit My Account from the left side of the page
Enter your email address and Member Pass Code.
The Family Member page opens.
Locate the target account.
The programs with completed registrations are listed under the target account.
Review All Registrations:
Select Edit My Account from the left side of the page
Enter your email address and Member Pass Code.
The Family Member page opens.
Select the target account.
The Participant Information screen opens
Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Register in Program box.
The list of seasons, events and teams with completed registrations is in the box.
 

View a Team Roster

Roster access is restricted to team members and coaches.
Locate your Member Pass Code
You set this up as part of the registration.
See Retrieve Member Pass Code section of this document if you do not know your Pass Code.
CLICK on the Teams Tab at the top of the web site opening page. DO NOT select from the Team’s drop down menu. Selecting Roster from the Team’s drop down menu does not work for all users.
A team page opens. This may or may not be your team
Locate the Team window on the top right of the Team page. Click to open the drop down menu of teams. Select your player’s team.
Select Roster from the left side of the page
A Restricted Area window opens. Enter your email address. Enter your Member Pass Code in the Password box.
Click Submit. The roster will appear.
Problems:
If the Restricted Area box returns blank then you have an error in either your email address or your pass code.
Options:
Follow instructions under Retrieve Member Pass Code and retrieve your pass code if you did not complete this process starting point.
Try the email addresses of other family members including work email addresses prior to contacting ALC.
 

Stop receiving email from ALC

Select Edit My Account from the left side of the page
Enter your email address and Member Pass Code.
The Family Member page opens.
Select the target account.
The Participant Information screen opens
Locate the Email box in the middle of the page.
Delete the email addresses listed in the box.
Note:
You have to delete the email addresses from each family member account. Changes to one account do not carry over to other accounts.
Selecting “No Email” will eliminate the majority of the email from ALC.
 

Send an individual email to a coach or team member

Roster access is restricted to coaches and team members.  
Open the Team Roster.
Click on the person’s name.
The Player Profile box opens. Click on the listed Email address
Application opens Windows as the Email Editor and presents an email message box
Complete email message and select Send. Your email address appears as the Sent By and Reply To email address in the message.
Security message may appear that requires your Member Account password. The email will not be send unless you enter the correct password.
