Alexandria Lacrosse Club (ALC) is a volunteer-run organization, constantly looking to grow the game with enthusiastic adults serving as positive role models for our players. If you have playing and/or coaching experience all the better, however, it's not mandatory. Coaching is a very rewarding experience and ALC aims to make the experience easy and attainable for all those interested.

• Coaches must pass a background check and an introductory USA Lacrosse training course
• ALC provides coaching gear (cones, balls and pinnies)
• Before the season kicks off ALC will hold a Coaches Meeting. At the meeting ALC will cover season schedule, league rules, distribute equipment, answer questions and generally give an overview of the upcoming season.
