The game schedule is posted on the website when it is released by the league. All registered players are assigned to a team. Practices for teams are held twice weekly beginning in March and games are played on Saturdays beginning late March.

In the boys divisions, full field games are played on full fields and the games are scored. Modified games are played on a half-field, and the games are scored.  The games consist of four 10 minute quarters of running time in the first three quarters. This means that the clock does not stop when the ball goes out of bounds, during penalty calls or after goals. The fourth quarter is running time except for the last two minutes. The last two minutes are played at stop time which means that the clock stops when the ball goes out of bounds, after goals and during penalty calls.

ALC cannot offer a 14U team for the 2025 spring season due to coaching and goalie availability.
